Full Howth Experience

The Full Howth Experience - €20

The Full Howth Experience tour is a 3hr hike around one of Dublin's most famous attractions. Spend that extra bit of time getting to know the beautiful surroundings and local Culture, as you let us guide you through this historic peninsular.

Join us each day at 1.30pm as we start our walk through time. We'll hear tales of Viking and Norman invasions, learn about the history of the 700-year-old castle and discover beautiful views along the way. Immerse yourself in Irish culture as we walk through the ruins of St. Mary's Abbey and visit sites that only locals know about. There will be plenty of time for photographs as you stroll through this picturesque fishing village and meet the local colony of seals and the huge variety of seabirds.

After seeing the delights of Howth village, we'll start climbing away from the village around the Nose of Howth and onto the cliff tops. Take in the stunning views of Lambay Island and Ireland’s Eye and be overwhelmed by the heady scent from the yellow gorse on the heath. The Baily Lighthouse and Dublin Bay come into view before we ascend towards The Summit.

From here, we'll descend the old tramline and finish off in a local pub for a pint of famous Irish beer. Whether you have a passion for Irish history, hiking, or myths and legends, there is something for everyone.
